The goal of this project was to provide two new bedrooms and a full bath on the third floor. This was achieved by reconfiguring the roof to provide more space.

Additional work included improvements to the third floor stair, drywalling the ceilings of the two existing bedrooms, renovating the existing hall bathroom, and reworking portions of the front façade to be congruous with the new roof line, which included a larger front porch.
