The goal of this project was the construction of a new one-story restaurant
building for Morton's The Steakhouse within a suburban professional office
district. Morton's currently operates 73 restaurants throughout the United
States and abroad.
The 8,150 sq. ft. building has been designed to meet the architectural
criteria of the existing restaurants operated by the client, while complimenting
the existing structures located in the vicinity of the new site. Though
many of the company's locations are adapted to urban areas within larger
buildings, the design of this freestanding building is based on a prototypical
experience Morton's is developing.
The seating capacity of this facility is 240 people and the primary exterior
materials utilized are brick, stucco, and stone.
