This project, originally designed by famed architect Edward Dart, is a fine example of the post World War II modern design aesthetic. Our work on this project involved the renovation of the entire interior of the existing 2,795 sq. ft. home, as well as a 1,391 sq. ft. addition that provides for an attached two-car garage with a mudroom, an expanded kitchen, and a new family room with screened in porch area.

This project was honored with a Silver Award in 2007 from the Association of Licensed Architects and with a Preservation Award in 2006 from the Highland Park Historic Preservation Commission.
