This project entailed the renovation of large portions of the first and second floors, in conjunction with a new one-story kitchen addition, a screened porch, and a 1-1/2 story attached two-car garage addition.

On the exterior, the additions were designed to continue and accentuate the Tudor character and detail of the original home. Areas of horizontal wood siding on previous additions to the rear of the original home were re-clad with stucco and wood detailing more appropriate to the style of the home.

This project was honored with a Preservation Award in 2006 from the Glencoe Historic Preservation Commission.
