The goal of this project currently being developed is the construction of a new five-story 140,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building.

The ground level will have approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The second, third and fourth floors will contain approximately 65 residential condominium units averaging approximately 1,200 sq. ft. per unit. The fourth floor is designed to step back from the main building façade along the street fronts, this reduces the perceived height of the building from the sidewalk.

Additionally, the building exterior will be designed as a series of different elements and features to breakdown the massing and scale. It will provide the character of several smaller buildings constructed next to each other.
