Primary Materials: Limestone Brick Cedar Roof Copper Gutters PROJECT DESCRIPTION As a branch of Lake Forest Bank & Trust, this new two story masonry structure serves as a community-based banking facility to the existing Highwood community and newly formed Fort Sheridan neighborhood. Exterior forms, materials and details are drawn in part from the rich historical context throughout adjacent Fort Sheridan. The main level houses commercial banking areas as well as a community room intended for gatherings of local community organizations. The second floor consists of office spaces and conference rooms for the Lending Department. Lower level spaces include the main vault, toilet rooms, employee spaces and mechanical spaces. |
