The goal of this project was to provide interior remodeling and exterior renovation to this historic single-family home. Interior work included finishing the existing basement, replacement of the kitchen and back stairs, the addition of a new master bath and restoration of many of the interior finishes. Significant structural and mechanical improvements were made throughout the entire home. The original detail at the eave was restored and all worn or rotten exterior trim and siding was replaced.
