	Thoughtful massing and particular attention to detail provide a sense of balance and congruity to the addition of this historically significant Craftsman Style home. The program for the addition included an attached two garage that would not be directly visible from the street, a new studio/office with bathroom, a screened rear porch and a new open front porch. Rehabilitation work included renovation of most of the existing interior and restoration of the existing exterior. This project was honored with a Preservation Award in 1997 from the Glencoe Historic Preservation Commission.
