This project is a new residential community located within the historic Kelly Estate and encompasses restoration, conservation, and new construction aspects. The historic hardscape and softscape aspects of the original Jens Jensen landscaping plan will be restored.

The original Howard van Doren Shaw-designed manor house and carriage house will be restored to private residential residency-within their original confines. Within the restored manor house, up to nine beautiful residences will be designed and constructed; the restored carriage house up to five luxury homes.

On the property generally west and southwest of the original structures will be seventy-one new private residences. The new homes have been planned in "cluster" fashion and will have 2-4 bedrooms, luxury amenities and boast an exterior architecture that speaks of quality, durability and aesthetic excellence and compatibility with Shaw's historic manor house.
