	Phase I of this project generally consists of the renovation of an existing home. This phase includes renovation of the existing family room, kitchen, breakfast area and other minor interior work. The second floor work includes renovation of the master bedroom suite with walk-in closets and master bath. The hall bath was also remodelled for a childrens’ bathroom. Phase II of the project will include the addition of a three car garage on the front of the house, and also the revision of the existing entry and powder room. The garage may include a finished space above it; with a bathroom and two bedrooms which would connect to the existing stair. The existing garage area will be utilized for a laundry area and possibly kitchen pantry or storage area. The landscaping and new driveway will also be implemented during this phase.
